THEY DELIVER ANYTIME BETWEEN 8.00am & 5.00pm. IF YOU ARE NOT LIKELY TO BE IN TO SIGN FOR THE GOODS PLEASE GIVE AN ADDRESS FOR A NEIGHBOUR, OR YOUR WORKS ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY. ALTERATIVELY THE GOODS CAN BE LEFT WITHOUT SIGNATURE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Ordering by phone
You can pay by credit or debit card, please have your name and address, daytime telephone number and card details ready. We will need card number, expiry date and security number.

Send a written order with payment, cheque made payable to GLR Distributors Ltd, Postal order or Debit/Credit card with details of card as above, don't forget to add Post & Packing as appropriate.

You are welcome to visit our premises, our opening hours are 9.00am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 12.00 pm. Browse around the shop at your leisure, we have many items not in the catalogue.
Customer details
If you have ordered before we should be able to find your details with your post code.
Delivery
Stock orders are usually despatched in 2-3 days, if the item is out of stock you may have to wait a few days. Deliveies are made by post or carrier.
If sent by carrier they will require a signature. Saturday deliveries cost extra.
Urgent Orders
If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will give it priority.
Miniumum Order
Because of the high cost of packaging and processing we have a minimum order policy of £10.00

Goods Ordered in Error
We will accept goods returned which have been ordered in error providing they are as new and unused. We cannot however refund or credit the cost of sending the original order, we can only refund the cost of the goods. |
